This website hopes to help lawyers locate factually relevant cases for their clients. When using the search bar on the home page, the retrieved results will be cases that have similar words in their fact sections to words inputted by the user. The search looks for keywords present in each stored case’s fact section within the website database and ranks the cases by number of keywords found. Facts, issues and arguments of the highest ranked cases found will be displayed after a user has executed a search. Users then can review the search results and determine the case(s) they think would position them to submit the strongest possible argument and case(s) that could act as controlling precedent for the matter.
